Avignon Christmas Market & Côtes du Rhône

The wooden chalets of the traditional Christmas market—organized by the city’s federation of merchants and artisans—are returning to Avignon’s Place de l’Horloge!

You will find plenty of Christmas gift ideas there, including regional products, gourmet specialties, jewelry, textiles, wooden toys... and this year, wines from the Côtes du Rhône!

From Friday, November 27, 2026, to Saturday, January 2, 2027, discover the wines of the Côtes du Rhône at the heart of the Avignon Christmas Market, in a space entirely dedicated to exploration and tasting.

Each day, winemakers and producers from the Côtes du Rhône will take turns introducing you to their wines, discussing their craft, and sharing the full diversity of the Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages appellations—available in red, white, and rosé.

And because there’s more than one way to enjoy Côtes du Rhône wines, prepare to be pleasantly surprised by "Duss" and "Show"—two warm, creative drinks from the "Rhône Cocktails by Côtes du Rhône" collection, specially crafted for winter days.
